While some expected the Saints to simply add a healthy body to fill in at corner while other players recovered from injuries, head coach Sean Payton made a bolder move by signing former Ravens CB Chris McAlister.

Bush has been held out of practice for the third straight day, and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Tampa Bay.
Bush came out of the St. Louis game with swelling and soreness in his left knee, which was surgically repaired twice in a three-month span a year ago.

McAlister, Chris (CB)

The New Orleans Saints have signed McAlister.
The 32-year-old former Ravens star has been elected to the Pro Bowl three times in his 10-year career but missed most of last season with a right knee injury and was released by Baltimore last February. Both Saints starting cornerbacks are nursing injuries. Jabari Greer has a groin pull and Tracy Porter a sprained left knee.
Colston, Marques (WR)
Posted Nov. 16, 2009 @ 5:28 p.m.
Colston had two catches for 17 yards and a fumble Sunday as the Saints escaped with a 28-23 victory Sunday over the St. Louis Rams.
It's the second straight game Colston has been held down, and New Orleans has had to sweat out both wins. Look for Drew Brees to get him more involved this week at Tampa Bay.
Bush, Reggie (RB)

Bush scored twice for the first time in more than a year and totaled 98 yards rushing and receiving as the Saints escaped with a 28-23 victory Sunday over the St. Louis Rams.
Bush was initially supposed to be a fantasy superstar, but he's turned into an afterthought. He'll still have his breakout games, like he did Sunday, but he's certainly not a must-start.
