Tom Danyluk says the Bengals proved once and for all in their Week 10 win over the Steelers that they not only can stand toe-to-toe with the league's heavyweights, but they can outphysical the most physical teams.

Johnson, Larry (RB)
Posted Nov. 17, 2009 @ 11:01 a.m.
Johnson has agreed to terms with the Cincinnati Bengals to be one of their backups, giving the AFC North leaders depth at the position, a person familiar with the negotiations told The Associated Press.
Johnson reached the contract agreement Tuesday, according to the person, speaking on condition of anonymity because the team had not made an announcement. The Bengals have to make a roster move to clear a spot for Johnson, who will be fourth on the depth chart at the outset.
Ochocinco, Chad (WR)
Posted Nov. 16, 2009 @ 5:14 p.m.
The former Chad Johnson was held to two catches for 29 yards Sunday in the Bengals' 18-12 win at Pittsburgh.
Eight-five talked a good game during the week leading up to the AFC North battle, threatening to send mustard to the Steelers in case they couldn't "catch up," but had to rely on the Cincinnati defense for his team to emerge with the win. Perhaps the vocal wideout can fare better next week in Oakland.
Benson, Cedric (RB)
Posted Nov. 16, 2009 @ 5:09 p.m.
Benson is expected to practice on a limited basis this week after leaving Sunday's 18-12 win at Pittsburgh with a hip injury.
Benson had seven carries for 22 yards before leaving. Marvin Lewis said he could play Sunday at Oakland, but the Bengals are expected to sign the troubled Larry Johnson as insurance.
Palmer, Carson (QB)
Posted Nov. 16, 2009 @ 4:57 p.m.
Palmer was 18 of 30 for 178 yards without a touchdown or interception Sunday in the Bengals' 18-12 win over Pittsburgh.
Palmer struggled to hit some open receivers, but he was facing one of the better defenses in football. He should bounce back against the Bengals' upcoming stretch of weak opponents, and he may have to with Cedric Benson nursing an injury.
Johnson, Larry (RB)

Johnson is expected to visit the Bengals, who are interested in signing him as a backup only.
Coach Marvin Lewis says Johnson would be fourth on the team's depth chart at running back if he decides to try to revive his troubled career in Cincinnati. Kansas City released him a week ago, on the day he was due back following his second suspension in the last year.
