Last night, when walking around Old Town Scottsdale, I considered buying a Reebok Super Bowl XLII navy-colored, cotton baseball cap. I passed, thinking I didn't want to carry it around all evening. The price of the hat: $18.

Today, I went to a souvenir shop across from the Hyatt Convention Center in downtown Phoenix and looked at basically the same hat, though the underside of the bill was navy (the other one I looked at was red). But it was the same material, same color, same hat, really. 

The price: $25.

Should have known that was coming...
