Live Week One inactives

Make Finding Paydirt your Sunday morning stop for the day's inactives and all the fantasy ramifications. I'll be adding to the list continuously as the names are released.

  • Saints RB Deuce McAllister (knee) is active, but isn't a recommended play against the Bucs. WR Robert Meachem is inactive, so get him out of your lineup if you were going to gamble on him.
  • All three Bengals fantasy studs — QB Carson Palmer and WRs Chad Ocho Cinco and T.J. Houshmandzadeh — are active and should be in lineups.
  • Eagles WR Reggie Brown (hamstring) is inactive. Hank Baskett and DeSean Jackson will start and could both put up decent numbers.
  • Patriots TE Ben Watson (knee) is inactive. Find another TE if you had him in your lineup.
  • Jets WR Laveranues Coles (thigh) is active and will start. Get him in there against the Dolphins.
  • Dolphins WR Ernest Wilford is inactive. Hopefully you weren't relying on him in Week One.
  • Bucs WRs Joey Galloway (groin) and Antonio Bryant (knee) are both active. They should be productive against the Saints' weak pass defense.
  • Ravens RB Willis McGahee (knee) is active but reportedly will not start. Ray Rice probably will see the majority of the action and could be a decent play. TE Todd Heap (knee) is also active. He could be Joe Flacco's main target vs. the Bengals.
  • Lions RB Rudi Johnson is active. He's not likely to play much vs. the Falcons, but he'll probably take a few carries away from Kevin Smith.
  • Seahawks WR Deion Branch (knee) is inactive, as expected. It could be some time before he's ready to contribute. Courtney Taylor will start against the Bills.
  • Jaguars WR Jerry Porter (hamstring) is inactive. WR Reggie Williams is active and will start alongside Matt Jones.
