With Saturday's announcement that this week's Ravens-Texans game has been postponed to Nov. 9 due to the damage from Hurricane Ike, make sure you remove all players from those two teams from your fantasy lineups.
Not that you would've been starting many Ravens anyhow, but now you'll have to find last-minute replacements for QB Joe Flacco; RBs Willis McGahee, Ray Rice or Le'Ron McClain; WRs Derrick Mason or Mark Clayton; TE Todd Heap; PK Matt Stover; and the Baltimore defense.
This postponement is worse news for those banking on Texans this week. It could be more difficult to replace QB Matt Schaub; RBs Steve Slaton or Chris Taylor; WRs Andre Johnson or Kevin Walter; TE Owen Daniels; PK Kris Brown; and the Houston defense.
Although this likely will cause you to do some 11th hour scrambling, at least you'll get the bye week for all your Ravens and Texans out of the way. The Ravens and Texans will now play in Week 10, Baltimore's previous bye. The Texans, who previously had a Week Eight bye, will now play the Bengals that week. The Bengals bye week switches from Week Eight to Week 10.
