Cowboys-Browns: Felix Jones is the real deal

Without making any grand, sweeping statements in this game with lots to talk about, I thought I would just focus on one thing. Marion Barber was quite the beast before leaving the game, rushing 16 times for 80 yards adn two TDs to go along with three receptions, but Felix Jones might be just as dangerous. Jones' first carry went 11 yards for a touchdown. Later, he showed great burst on a play where the run was called back for holding by Leonard Davis, but it was impossible not to see how good  this kid can be.

Opponents, be very scared.

I have always like Felix Jones. Darren McFadden had all the media hype but Jones was just the quiet and productive counterpart that did not get the same attention. He is a great complement to Marion Barber.

Matt:

And D'Mac didn't do squat on Monday night.

No kidding. D'Mac ran too upright. I see a lot of fumbles coming his way as when he was in college.

McFadden running like that surprised me. I thought he looked good in the preseason. The fumbles, I can't disagree with that. He did it in college, so I assume little has been changed because he holds the ball the same way. Lane Kiffin needs to go Tom Coughlin-style on him like he did with Tiki Barber: high and tight.
